Onyx HR is an employer-provided workforce app for employees (attendance, leave, payslips). We process: account data (username, name, role, company) for sign-in; location only at the moment of clocking in/out to verify worksite presence (when the employer enables it — no background tracking); an APNs device token to deliver work notifications; and your attendance/leave/payroll records managed by your employer. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties, and we do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking. All data is sent over HTTPS. Accounts are provisioned and deleted by the employer via the HR admin panel; the app has no in-app account creation or deletion. Deletion requests: [email protected].
